Hartley start achteraan vanwege gridstraf, motor wordt opgestuurd naar Japan

De kwalificatie moet nog plaatsvinden, maar Brendon Hartley weet nu al dat hij zondag achteraan moet starten.
Tijdens de tweede vrije training kreeg de Nieuw-Zeelander een motorprobleem en deze is nu door alle zes de componenten vervangen, waarvoor hij een gridstraf krijgt. De motor wordt voor onderzoek opgestuurd naar Japan. (Foto: Red Bull Content Pool)
Update - As for the PU issue encountered yesterday in Brendon’s car, we have now sent it back to Japan for further investigation. We have changed all 6 components last night, therefore Brendon will start from the back of the Grid because of the penalties we incurred #FrenchGP pic.twitter.com/gTVhxPdfTK
